Yes, and there are several different methods available. It can be furred out inside the building and insulation is placed between the furring strips, under the drywall. How will you keep my prooperty clean?

We use tarps and plywood to always protect roofs, gardens, windows, decks, and driveways. While masonry repairs can be messy business, we try to keep things as neat as possible during our work, and always perform a thorough cleanup when finished.

Do I need to provide anything for you??

We require electricity and water in order to do our work. Please let us know ahead of time if these things will not be available.

Cracks are often caused by foundation movement, water infiltration, or seasonal expansion and contraction.

How soon can work usually begin?

Most projects start within 1–3 weeks, depending on season and schedule.

How do you know when to replace masonry?

Masonry is a manmade material, which means it won’t last forever. A variety of factors influence how long masonry lasts but it can last for hundreds or even thousands of years. When masonry reaches the end of its road it becomes unsafe and unstable. Age alone does not determine when masonry reaches the point of no return. Staying on top of masonry maintenance helps structures last a lot longer.

How long will my repair last?

The longevity of any repair depends greatly on the issue of what has caused the damage in the first place and if the cause of the damage has been repaired. With all exterior walling systems water and ice are most often the cause of damage. If these two things can be managed properly the repair will last as long as they do.

Why doesn’t your guarantee cover under-ground work or stairs?

Our guarantee does not cover these items because we can not control the water and the freeze thaw cycle. There are no systems in place to shed water away from them.

Why is a deposit required?

A deposit is required for a couple reasons. Firstly, a deposit will cover the costs of materials required for your project. Secondly, as we are fully dedicated to our work, it will ensure your spot in our work que.
